Conversion of an existing house with shop beneath into an office with extra basement area and three flats above with separate entrance from the shop / office. A technically complex project that required detailed and constant liaison with the client / contractor to change floor levels and so increase the accommodation area. A careful concern was deciding upon the materials used to create a professional, practical space with plenty of light and modern lines.
