Our client desperately needed more space for their well established business and was reluctant to move from their existing location. With this in mind we looked into developing the storage space to the rear of the site. To further increase the usable floor area we developed a basement area to double the ground floor office space. We gained planning through negotiations with Greenwich Council and designed around their and the clients requirements. This project is on site soon.
