A development of three high end new build houses in East Dulwich, demolishing a set of dilapidated garages,  overcoming planning constraints and liasing with the contractors. The houses have been designed to compliment the traditional style of the street with modern approach to materials and environmental benefits. The final outcome a was very high profit margin for out client.
